Labor-only bids for the construction of the Helen McCabe Park Picnic Shelter near Ellensburg, Washington will be received by the Owner until 5pm May 4, 2021. Bids to be submitted to: kittitasee@gmail.com. Submit requests for information to: kittitasee@gmail.com. This project will be built on Washington State property, therefore prevailing wages to all crafts are required.
